Christianity

Christianity is the only faith in which the ONE worshiped desires to live inside of the worshiper.

The difference between Christianity and other faiths is the Agape love and grace of God, embodied in the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ and his offer of redemption to every soul.

[The Father] has delivered and drawn us to Himself out of the control and the dominion of darkness and has transferred us into the kingdom of the Son of His love, 14 In Whom we have our redemption through His blood, [which means] the forgiveness of our sins. Colossians 1:13 AMPC

What is grace?

In the New Testament grace means God’s love in action towards men who merited the opposite of love. Grace means God moving heaven and earth to save sinners who could not lift a finger to save themselves. Grace means God sending His only Son to die on the cross and descend into hell so that we guilty ones might be reconciled to God and received into heaven.

‘(God) hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin, that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.’2 Corinthians 5:21

Unlike other religions, the Christian narrative centers not on man, but on God. It is the story of God and how mankind fits into the big picture, not the reverse. Though it is man who doubted God in the Garden of Eden, it is God who pursues man to bring redemption to all who will trust and believe in Jesus. The foundation of Christianity is that God became man, and that man, Jesus Christ, took the sins of the human race and gave himself up to be crucified so his blood would pay the ransom necessary for the redemption of man.

While there are many religions eager to provide lessons in morality, none but Christianity is centered around a Father who loves his creation so much that he is willing to offer himself as the ultimate sacrifice. To reduce Christianity to a collection of moral and ethical guidelines and to label it as just another religion is an oversimplification that completely misses the point.

Grace is rejected by other religions and by man because it is revealed through the Holy Spirit and cannot be grasped by the intellect of man. Man wants to work for his salvation. Grace is free for the acceptance. Imagine your sins are forgiven because of God’s love for all mankind. God gave HIS Son as a living sacrifice for everyone’s sin and rebellion against God. This is grace and love that can only come from God. The consequence of sin is death. Yet God gave HIS Son as payment for that sin and rebellion. This is ultimate grace.

Grace is a concept that is kept from the blind. Grace is opposite of the ways of man. Grace is part of God’s character. We are saved from God’s wrath through HIS loving grace for all mankind.
