Free From Condemnation

Free From Condemnation

Condemnation, guilt, the imputation of sin and the penalty for sin were taken on the cross. You are free from condemnation.
Say, “I am free from condemnation!”
The blood of Jesus on the cross was shed to take away all guilt and condemnation on the cross.
Which confession is greater: Confessing what you did or confessing what Jesus Christ did on the cross for all mankind? The devil is the accuser and wants to bring reproach into your life. The devil shouts in your mind guilt, shame, condemnation, fear, lack, worry, anxiety, inadequacy, words of failure and words of rejection.
Goliath shouted at the Israelite army for 40 days bringing fear and condemnation until David said in 1 Samuel 17:26, “What will be done for the man who kills this Philistine and takes away the reproach from Israel? For who is this uncircumcised Philistine, that he should taunt the armies of the living God?”
What reproach and condemnation is shouting at you? Know that all reproach and condemnation against you was taken on the cross. Therefore there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. Romans 8:1. The courts of heaven have ruled your judgment as not guilty because of Jesus on the cross. You are free. Relax and know that all your sins are forgiven. There is no condemnation. The best medicine is to Rest in the TRUTH that there is no condemnation. We think of rest as being good for your health.
  • Rest knowing your identity that you are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. Rest in the finished work on the cross. ALL your sins have been forgiven.
  • Rest knowing it is not about what you do, it is about what Christ did.
We are so performance-based in our thinking that when we fail, are hurt or rejected, we forget it is not about us but about what Jesus Christ did. Knowing it is about Christ allows you to get up after failure or rejection and keep moving forward in faith that Christ is your purpose for being and living. It is not what you do. It is who you are in Christ which matters. It is what HE did for all mankind which matters. Your trust in HIM that HE will deliver you and bring you through every challenge gives you a boldness, confidence and hope.
