I am Rich
I am Rich
You are Rich
Say, “I am rich!”
I am rich because of the cross. Jesus became poor so that “I could become rich.“
Your wealth and riches cannot be taken away; they are protected and preserved. Your riches bring comfort versus stress.
For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though he was rich, yet for your sake he became poor, so that you through his poverty might become rich. 2 Corinthians 8:9 NIV
The Greek word Plousios defines rich as abounding in, wealthy filled by having God’s “muchness.” Abundance comes from receiving HIS provisions (material and spiritual riches) through faith.
Having God’s muchness – what a great description of being rich! Know there is no lack for provision. God’s abundance has made you rich with material wealth and spiritual wealth. You are a “King’s kid,” a “Royal Priest,” a “child of God,” the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus.
God is with you. HIS favor and blessings are on you. Everywhere Joseph went he was blessed in Potiphar’s house in prison and in the Palace. The Temple of the Living God, the Holy Spirit lives inside you as a follower and believer of Christ.
You have been given a Spirit of power, love and a sound mind to exclaim: “I am Rich because of Jesus Christ living in me!” The “muchness” and fullness of Jesus Christ on the cross has made you rich.
Think as a child of God!
Receive God’s love on the cross through Jesus Christ. Understanding the “muchness of the cross” makes you rich, bold, confident and secure. Your security is not based upon what you “do” but on what Jesus “did” to redeem you.
Until you understand what Christ has done for you, there will be an unsettledness. You are RICH. The finished work on the cross took all shame, guilt, and condemnation. The full imputation of sin was on Jesus so that you could become abundantly rich.
You are HIS PROMISE. HE loves you. HE died for you so that you can become RICH.
